What to bring on your Trip
To make the most of your trip, we recommend bringing:
- Sunscreen (non-spray preferred)
- Hat and sunglasses
- Comfortable clothing (and a light jacket if it’s breezy)
- Snacks or lunch — we’ll have a cooler with ice
- Towel (especially for island trips or hot days)
- Motion sickness prevention (if you’re prone to it)
- Payment method for your balance or gratuity (cash, card, or Venmo)
Booking Policies and Terms
A deposit is required for all trips. If there is no deposit, we cannot hold any date.
Cancelations made (7) Seven or more days prior to your trip, will receive a deposit refund.
Cancelations made within (7) Seven days of your trip will forfeit your deposit.
In the case of severe or inclement weather, the Captain will deicide to either postpone or cancel a trip. In the event the trip is canceled, you may reschedule your trip or receive your deposit back in full.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of theft or unauthorized use of GPS devices to mark fishing locations. Guests found engaging in this behavior will have their trip ended immediately without refund.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Policies and Terms outlined by Offshore Hunter Charters.

My boyfriend was visiting for the 4th and I wanted to give him a great fishing experience because he was missing out on an annual fishing trip to visit me and let me tell you, this did not disappoint! Of all the excursions and trips I have been on, this was the one that I will never regret taking. I got all for what I paid for and more. Captain Chris was knowledgeable, knew the best places to get fish, we got there before everyone else, made us feel comfortable and truly cater the experience to want we wanted. 10/10 experience and I cannot wait to go back out with him. Highly recommend.
We did an inshore outing with Chris this past week and had a blast! We moved around to a few different spots and got our fair share of mangrove snappers, snooks and a couple other species. Chris was great with my 11 year old son. Answered his questions and had fun with him too! Next time we might be ready to try deep sea, but we will definitely be back no matter what the trip. You won't be disappointed booking with Offshore Hunters!

Great experience! They are able to accommodate you inshore and offshore. We had an offshore booked but it was to ruff, so we switched to inshore the same day and had a blast. Experience, flexible, and fun! highly recommend!

Just finished grilling some of the dozen sea trout we caught this afternoon with Captain Chris. The trout was delicious !! We had a great day , on a great inshore boat, with a great very experienced and comfortable Captain. My son and grandson ( 12) and a friend and his son (12) had a fabulous time . In addition to the trout, We caught a grouper, and more snook than we could count. Saw a ray, dolphins and three manatees . We have fished with offshore hunters fishing charters for 5 years now and will continue using it them. Chris and his dad Veiko are amazing and wonderful captains. They will always do their very best to put you on dish and every time we have dishes with them we have caught fish and enjoyed every minute with them. They are very personal and very accommodating to family and friends of ours that have never fished before. We will always remember the memories that were made and continue to make more with them. My grandfather and I did a half day inshore trip with our guide Chris. Chris took us to 3 excellent locations for sea trout, snook, and sheepshead. We limited out on trout in about an hour or less, caught a handful of snook, and took 5 keeper sheepshead.
Chris was an excellent guide throughout the entire trip. He demonstrated over a decade of local expertise and was really knowledgeable and attentive to all of our questions. On top of that he was promptly baiting hooks and adjusting tackle for each situation. He was assertive yet very patient and respectful of skill levels.
We also had a lot of questions about doing an offshore trip in the future and Chris demonstrated a unique and thorough expertise.
This was my first saltwater fishing trip so I don't have anyone to compare to, but I have zero doubt that Chris is among the best. I will have zero hesitation booking with Chris for any inshore or offshore trip with full confidence that the trip will be exceptionally productive.
